The Cesar Chavez Park Opening Day on April 6th

The Cesar Chavez Park Opening Day on April 6^th, 2013 was a great success.  Chavez Park Opening Day celebration took place in conjunction with the Cesar Chavez Peace and Justice Committee of Denver’s Annual Cesar Chavez Day March. The event began at Regis University, followed by a march to the newly renovated park, and ended with a day of festivities, including the ribbon cutting ceremony, dancing, music and ping pong!
