StudioCPG uses native-forward plant palettes because natives are fundamentally resilient. These plants are best adapted to the climatic conditions of this place.  Introduced species, particularly those from similar climates, can perform well in typical years. As our climate shifts in unpredictable ways, some of those plants will die because conditions no longer support them.  Natives are most likely to thrive, even in a changing climate.
