Volunteers of America Bright Stars Head Start

Denver, Colorado

The Bright Stars Head Start is an early childhood education center serving children ages 3-5 and their families. In addition to the preschool, services at the center include providing two meals each day, and extended family support. StudioCPG designed the plantings surrounding the building as well as a play area that extends the learning environment to the outdoors. The playground includes a large play structure surrounded by a riding toy loop with places to stop at a sand box, a shade structure and picnic table, or a small garden.
