Mestizo-Curtis Park Master Plan

StudioCPG is worked with a multi-disciplinary group to create an updated Master plan and Phase 1 construction documents for the historic Mestizo Curtis Park located north of Downtown Denver. Mestizo Curtis Park was established in 1868 and has expanded and transformed over the past 150 years to reflect the changing neighborhood around it.
For this project, StudioCPG will first review and refine the current Master Plan. This will include building on past planning and design efforts to develop alternatives for the site that accommodate the change-of-uses in the neighborhood. Then, we will generate Phase 1 construction documents that focus on landscape, irrigation and lighting design for the park.
