Mercy Housing 901 Navajo Street

StudioCPG is currently working on a new Mercy Housing project with RATIO Architects in the Mariposa neighborhood in Denver, Colorado.

This project includes affordable housing, permanent supportive housing, and a medical clinic. For this project StudioCPG is providing landscape architectural design for all exterior spaces including the extension of Osage Street and W. 9^th Avenue, a community garden, community gathering areas, a kids play area and two green roofs. The Osage Street and W. 9^th Avenue extensions will complete the Osage Street connection between W. 10 Avenue and W. 9^th Avenue providing additional access to the RTD station north of the project. The green roofs will provide outdoor cooking, eating, and gathering spaces for families and residents. StudioCPG will provide design that goes from schematic design through construction.
