Village of Yorkshire Apartments (Adams County Housing Authority) is approximately 10 acres in size with 200 total units and consists of ten buildings, each with 10 units. As the result of drainage improvements prescribed by Enterprise Green Communities criteria, the project required replacement and/or upgrade of landscape and irrigation systems. Adams County Housing Authority contracted StudioCPG to provide landscape architecture services and to design extensive site and landscape improvements, including xeric plantings, upgrades to swimming pool deck/lawn area and the design of a new playground, pedestrian access and furnishings.
