Mercy Housing - Holly Park

StudioCPG has developed landscape improvement plans for the 9-acre Holly Park housing campus in Commerce City. Our work reflects the character of a healthy community, developed in conjunction with interior upgrades to support Enterprise Green Communities certification. Our work includes new walks and connections promoting universal access; gathering and seating areas; shade shelters; flexible play areas; and renovation of the existing playground and basketball court. The design worked to preserve as many mature trees as possible while converting low priority bluegrass areas and designating future community gardens. Upgrades include renovation of the irrigation system to support water conservation and new, water-wise plantings.
