Meadows at Montbello VOA

StudioCPG provided site planning and landscape design services in for phase II of the Montbello Senior Housing community. The new 50 unit building nearly doubles capacity at the Volunteers of America campus and completes the master plan vision. Designed to support health and community, the centrally located park creates opportunities for a wide range of recreation including game tables and bocce, as well as many shaded seating areas and a gazebo. A loop walk provides a route to perambulate the grounds on even footing. Improvements include supplemental plantings at the original building as well. Once residents occupy the apartments, space allocated for a future community garden can come to life.
